Hi Everone
Get ready for checking the blog,, as Thursday of this week we are off on another epic journey around the waterways of Britain
First across to Scarsbrick Marina so we can get Buggerlugs out of the water nd get her bottom blacked then off to Liverpool for a few days sight seeing???? After that we will do the whole length of the Leeds and Liverpool canal all 127 miles I have not even looked at ate the amount of locks but as we are going from sea level to over the and across the Pennines then I gather there will be plenty
Keep Smiling

That's it then, Spring must be here as Buggerlugs starts out on another epic cruise. Have a great time guys, and keep the blogs flowing, I'm looking forward to sharing your journey :)
Hi Al.
We have done the LL trip quite a few times. There are a fair few locks and swing bridges. One or two of the swing bridges live up to their reputation of being a bit problematical. But whenever possible try to find yourself another boat and crew to pair up with.
There are a few bits of bandit country not to moor up in over night. (Apperley Bridge to Office Lock) Usually where there are bandits the locks are closed between certain hours.
Regards
Mick
